Ghany Gatherings is the official podcast of Camp Alleghany for Girls, a traditional overnight summer camp located on the Greenbrier River in West Virginia. Hosted by Director Elizabeth Shreckhise, this podcast is created for current camp families and for those exploring whether summer camp is the right fit for their child.

Through thoughtful conversation and practical guidance, we cover camper logistics and parent reminders, as well as camp safety, staff training, homesickness, leadership development, and the “why” behind our policies and traditions.
